Lovely Day for a Lovely Girl

Inaya was so excited for the spring that was sprouting up everywhere! The grass was growing, flowers were blooming, trees were budding!~ It was a magical time of year! The air was fresh and crisp. Every time a slight breeze came by, she couldn't help but take a full breath of it in and really be glad to be outside.
And she knew exactly what to do on this lovely day - go see her favorite horse, Sicorah. She would be excited to see her, Sicorah always was. She always pricked her ears up and stuck her head out of the stall window, nickering to Inaya as she walked down the isle. 
Inaya grabbed her colorful bands and a plastic comb. Not every day had to be work on this, perfect that. Today was just a day to be together outside. 
Inaya stood at Sicorah's side for about an hour, brushing and carefully braiding Sicorah's hair. She spoke softly to her about her day and feelings. Sicorah stood calm, quiet, and relaxed, listening to Inaya. The stall smelled of chocolate oranges as the two bonded more and more. Inaya patted Siorah's shoulder. She pondered if she should braid Sicorah's forelock or not. She had a fondness for long forelocks and didn't think it needed done. She liked it gentling resting on Sicorah's forehead between her wonderful turquoise eyes. 
Inaya slipped a plain leather halter over Sicorah's ears and led her out of the barn. They walked together side by side in the warm sun. Inaya took Sicorah to the back of the property where she thought it was the most beautiful. The hills sprung up from the landscape - each one coated in fresh flowers. Inaya wasn't sure if the others knew about this place. She thought it was the most magical...
Inaya looked at her mare, glistening in the sun. Sicorah stared back warmly ready to fulfill any demand Inaya may have of her.

Carnival entry! Yay! I got another piece done for the Breather carnival! I have so much to get done but I needed to take a break and do a nice headshot instead :') I HOPE to enter all of my Breathers into the carnival in some way shape or form xD Whether it be the liberty, egg hunt, or the headshot halter show. I think it's a good goal for me and my babies need more art D': I love them all and worked so hard for them! They need the LOOOOVES~ I mean there's only 12 of them...........xD Wish me luck!
